The University of Oregon's Electronic Universe Project has, among many other resources, some animations saved as MPEG's, complete with background information about the simulations featured.

The Astronomy Department at Indiana University has a wide variety of MPEG animations of astronomical models as well as one of a near-annular eclipse.
